This committee is a venue for focused discussion, feedback, and recommendations for the strategic direction of AAHOA.

Composed of longtime AAHOA leaders, these committee members know AAHOA's institutional history. Its members actively participate in the Strategic Planning Bylaws & Governance, Franchise, and Finance & Audit committees. The PCC also provides advice and guidance to the Board as requested.

Composed of ten Women AAHOA Members with equal representation from the Eastern and Western Divisions, the committee shall review proposals and make recommendations for Women Hoteliers initiatives across the nation. Additionally, work on any initiatives recommended by the Board of Directors and/or Women Hotelier Directors.

Composed of no more than ten Young Professional AAHOA Members not more than 35 years of age, this committee shall review proposals and make recommendations for Young Professional Hoteliers initiatives across the nation. Additionally, work on any initiatives recommended by the Board of Directors and/or Young Professional Hotelier Directors.
